NICE KICKS carries on its legacy as an esteemed commentator on culture and an institution of the community, using its exposure in the Consortium Cup to shine a spotlight on the humble hippie shops with which it shares its West Coast Californian territory. Each design depicts one unique symbol of zen, common to the ambiance of these stores.

Infused with a spectrum of grey tumbled leather and goat suede, this smokey OG Samba is representative of burning incense sticks. Curling tendrils of smoke are depicted in the layered stripe execution, as well as the graphic insock print, and the semi-transparent gum soles and tongue branding add to the vaporous, suspended-in-air quality of the design.
