RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All sales at Limited Edt are final.

To start a return/exchange, you can contact us at support@limitededt.in

Our collection is super exclusive, so cancellations, exchanges, and returns are not always possible. However, we will try to accommodate your request for exchange wherever possible (excluding the items mentioned in Paragraph A). If the requested merchandise/size is not available in stock, we will provide you with a store credit but not a refund.

A. EXCHANGE/RETURN/REFUND or Cancellation will not be entertained for the following Items below:

1. Hype Products (i.e., Jordans, Dunks, Nike Nocta, Yeezy and +collabs )
2. Sale Items (i.e.all articles under the ‘Price Drop’ section and the orders which have used discount code)
3. Shoe Care (i.e. Wipes, cleaning equipment)
3. Socks and Inner-wear
4.Magazines

B. Exchanges/Returns for Online Purchases- (Excluding the items mentioned in Paragraph A)

- Item(s) to be Exchanged must be done within 7 days of receipt.
- A Rs. 500 restocking/shipping fee will be charged for returns/exchanges.
- All shipping fees for exchanges and returns will be borne by the client.
- Returned items must be unworn and in their original packaging i.e Limited Edt’s packing box along with the Shoe box, including any accessories and tags.
- The Exchange/Return will not be accepted If the items are not returned in the following above conditions.

C. Exchange for Store Purchase (Excluding the items mentioned in Paragraph A)

- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receipt at the origin of purchase.
- Please be advised that returns/refunds are not permitted.
- Exchange items must be in unworn and in its original packaging, including any accessories, and/or tags.

D. Incorrect Order Fulfilment:

- Should you receive an incorrect order, damaged item, or item with missing parts, please reach out to us within 24-48 hours of receiving the product.
- In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product/Incorrect Item for proof in order for us to process this.

- Please include the following information:
i) Order number
ii) Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
iii) Complete delivery address
iv) Your contact number

E. Gift Cards

- All gift card sales are final.
- Gift cards and merchandise credits cannot be redeemed, or exchanged, for cash.
